This post is primarily for those of you who have subscribed to the email list via wordpress so that you receive onmyplanet.ca posts via email… You may need to resubscribe. Recently onmyplanet.ca has embarked on the task of automating the email list. This will bring all the different lists into one and give the subscriber control to unsubscribe at will without having to send me an email!!! This process is also an effort to comply with the new anti-spam laws in Canada. Soon I will be deleting all the wordpress subscribers in favour of the consolidated email list.
I realize that many of you have probably done this countless times over the last few months but in order to continue to receive the onmyplanet.ca emails you need to ‘opt in’ by resubscribing.

Please go to the subscribe page:

Enter the required information, choose which lists you would like to receive and click on the Subscribe button.

Once you subscribe, you will receive an email with the subject heading: onmyplanet.ca mailing list confirmation

This email will contain a link that you should follow to confirm your subscription to the mailing list.
If you do not confirm your email address you will not get on the list.
When you follow the confirmation link it will take you to a ‘Thank you for subscribing’ page at onmyplanet.ca.

If after you subscribe you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your junk mail folder.
This email will appear to be sent to you from lulu@onmyplanet.ca but in fact will be created automatically and will set off many “junk mail” triggers. You may also want to white list lulu@onmyplanet.ca so that future emails don’t get sent to junk mail.

If you do not find the confirmation email in your junk mail folder please email me at lulu@onmyplanet.ca with your first and last name the city you live in and your selection of mailing lists and I will enter your information.

I hope that the small inconvenience of ‘opting in’ will not deter you from continuing to receive our updates.
